Smells like spring out there today

We got a gentle shower overnight and it has loosened up the snow pack for some great spring skiing today. We have groomed out some core trails today for both skate and classic technique. Including trails # 2, # 3, the # 4 loops all of # 5, # 7 and # 7a and trails # 11. A total of around 30 KM. We have some rain coming in on Thursday night with up to 1/2" of precipitation by Friday morning. The snow pack is holding up great and coverage remains excellent on all trails. I think that we will at least get one more weekend out the March gift of snow we received. Hopefully two more !
