SPRING DAY YESTERDAY AND BACK TO WINTRY TODAY

A taste of spring yesterday, with the temperatures getting into the low forties. Overnight the cooling temps squeezed out a fatty inch of fresh powder and the temps froze slightly. This allowed that really fresh powder to meld nicely into the already epic base of snow we have here up at the ski center. The skiing is great, and we have buffed out some core trails fo you today. Already this morning an "impressively nice" was announced from a satisfied early morning skier. All other trails will receive the grooming treatment after giving that warm snow underneath a chance to freeze up through out the day. Currently it is still snowing at a good clip here at the center. Expect a well packed trail with some beautiful fresh powder snow to ski on today. Skating will be sweet but that classic track beckons . So hard to decide...............See you up here.
